CCM^® Therapy: Understanding the Procedure and the Fit

This webinar will give an overview of CCM^® therapy, the indications for use, and the clinical studies leading to the breakthrough device approval from the FDA for the Optimizer^® Smart. The program will highlight case studies to emphasize the importance of patient screening and providing options for patients that have been diagnosed with NYHA Class III Heart Failure, that have an EF of 24 – 45%, that are not indicated for CRT, and remain symptomatic despite being on Guideline directed medical therapy.
