CCM^® Therapy – Sharing What I Have Learned

This lecture will discuss the device indications for CCM^® Therapy and the importance of screening patients who are eligible to receive this device. Optimizer^® is designed to improve overall heart function and quality of life for patients living with heart failure. The faculty will share their experiences and what they have learned about CCM^® therapy and give case-based examples of how you can gain access to the therapy for your patients.

• Discuss the current treatment regimen for NYHA Stage III Heart Failure
• Review the functionality and utility of CCM^® Therapy and appropriate patient that could benefit
