Reporting Concerns

We have several resources that employees and others can use to ask a question, obtain guidance, or report a concern, including violations of the Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and local laws and regulations. We strongly encourage use of these resources. One such resource is the Impulse Dynamics Hotline, a toll-free telephone number that anyone can call, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The Hotline handles calls in multiple languages and is accessible via the following methods

Impulse Dynamics does not tolerate the retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, seeks help or reports known or suspected violations or non-compliant behavior with Company policy or the Code. Any reprisal or retaliation by individuals against an employee will be subject to disciplinary action, including potential termination of employment.

We have adopted the AdvaMed Code of Ethics as the Company’s Policy of Business Interactions with U.S. Health Care Professionals. We understand the obligation of physicians and other health care providers to make independent decisions in the best interest of their patients and will always act, and expect our employees and other representatives to act, in accordance with their responsibilities in this respect.
