Reporting Concerns
We have several resources that employees and others can use to ask a question, obtain guidance, or report a concern, including violations of the Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and local laws and regulations. Â We strongly encourage use of these resources. One such resource is the Impulse Dynamics Hotline, a toll-free telephone number that anyone can call, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The Hotline handles calls in multiple languages and is accessible via the following methods:

Impulse Dynamics does not tolerate the retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, seeks help or reports known or suspected violations or non-compliant behavior with Company policy or the Code. Any reprisal or retaliation by individuals against an employee will be subject to disciplinary action, including potential termination of employment.
